Shannon has worn every fundraising hat: major gift officer, campaign director, Chief Philanthropy Officer leading a 30-person team, and board president. Over 20 years, she has raised more than $300 million, directed a $150 million capital campaign, and sat across the table from some of the nation's most influential philanthropists.
After years inside nonprofits, Shannon saw too much fundraising potential go unrealized. She founded Gravity Collective around a different approach: deep expertise, honest counsel, and hands-on support that goes beyond strategy.
Today, Shannon leads Gravity Collective and works directly with nonprofit leaders, fundraising teams, and boards to strengthen fundraising and pursue greater opportunities.
