Sarah Stults keeps Gravity Collective running. She manages the operations, logistics, scheduling, client communications, and behind-the-scenes infrastructure that allow Shannon and the team to focus on the work.

Sarah brings a rare combination of organizational precision, warmth, and deep sector knowledge to her role. Before joining Gravity Collective, she spent years working inside some of Silicon Valley's most respected nonprofits, including Second Harvest of Silicon Valley and LifeMoves, where she developed firsthand understanding of how mission-driven organizations operate and what they need to function well.

Her background also includes ten years as a dance educator and competitive team coach in San Jose and Gilroy, where she learned to build culture, hold people accountable with care, and lead teams through high-pressure moments. She holds a BA in Dance Education from Brigham Young University and an MA in Secondary Education from San Diego State University.

Sarah is the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, and that every client interaction with Gravity Collective feels as considered and human as the work itself.
